Zero tolerance
Zero tolerance for sexual harassment, sexual assault and violence
Msafiri has no tolerance for sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, sexual assault, physical violence, threats of violence, stalking or intimidation — by or against any traveller, driver, host, agent, guide or member of our staff. This applies on every trip, at every property, in every in-app message and call, and in reviews. A single substantiated report is enough to permanently remove an account.
- Unwanted sexual comments, advances, requests for sexual favours or sexual propositions
- Unwanted touching of any kind, indecent exposure or non-consensual sexual contact
- Taking or sharing images or recordings of a person without their consent
- Physical violence, assault, threats of harm, brandishing a weapon or intimidation
- Stalking, following a person, or persistent unwanted contact after being asked to stop
- Retaliation against anyone who reports a concern or supports an investigation

If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first, then report to us. Reports are handled confidentially and we never require you to face the other person.
