Zero tolerance for sexual harassment, violence, alcohol and drugs
Msafiri has no tolerance for sexual harassment, sexual assault, physical violence or threats — by or against drivers, passengers or our staff — and no tolerance for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. A single substantiated report results in immediate loss of platform access and, where a crime may have occurred, referral to law enforcement.
- Unwanted sexual comments, advances, propositions or requests for a passenger's personal contact details
- Any unwanted touching, indecent exposure or non-consensual sexual contact
- Recording or photographing a passenger without consent, including in-car cameras used improperly
- Physical violence, assault, threats, brandishing a weapon or intimidating a passenger
- Driving with any amount of alcohol or illegal drugs in your system while online
- Retaliating against a passenger or driver who reports a concern in good faith
